Instructional Design
Design Documents
Design documents offer a high level overview of the organization of material within a course, and include the purpose for the training, the audience, the course objectives, and a content outline. This early phase of design allows stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to focus on and iterate the depth, breadth, and the overall organization of content within a learning solution.

Storyboards
Storyboards are an in-depth layout of the course that details the script and narration, on-screen text and visuals, interactions, and the flow of the course. The storyboard allows stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to iterate on content design or fill in gaps before the development of a course begins.

Design Planning
The design process involves in-depth planning to ensure a comprehensive learning solution that aligns with learning objectives and meets organizational goals. This behind-the-scenes organization is an essential part of the process.
Developing Interview Strategies
Miro board
Purpose: To improve the interview process for candidates and prepare employees to conduct effective interviews and evaluate and recommend high-quality candidates, a comprehensive immersive solution was designed. Visual Prototyping
Purpose: While designing a storyboard, wireframe and visual prototyping is used to generate design ideas and iterate the look and feel of the on-screen graphics and text, and the functionality of interactions and animations. While these prototypes may not always be shared with stakeholders, they are an integral part of the design process.
