ILT and vILT

Purpose: Dream Builders is a non-profit that offers training for young adults seeking a career in the trades as an alternative to college. A comprehensive, practical skills program is part of the full time, 8-week course, with a portion of background learning completed as vILT and portion completed in-person as a hands-on workshop. The goal of the program is to outfit learners with carpentry-based skills to help them advance into an apprenticeship program and ultimately a secure career in the trades.
