A Guide to Remote Work

Purpose: Many new hires are transitioning into remote work for the first time and are struggling to establish a functional primary workspace and effective daily workflow. New employees report a work-life imbalance and new hire productivity is at suboptimal levels. Training is needed as part of the onboarding process to help new employees set up a functional primary workspace and effectively schedule a workflow to create a healthy, efficient work-life balance.
